Our intake process typically takes 4-8 weeks.

Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation confirming an Autism diagnosis
Referral from the child’s pediatrician
Copy of the current IEP, if applicable
Copy of the insurance card

Insurance participation is subject to plan eligibility and authorization requirements. If you have questions about coverage or would like an update on our in-network status with a pending insurance plan, please feel free to reach out.

1. Intake Forms: You will complete an intake packet detailing your child's skills, family goals, and necessary consent and authorization forms.
2. Initial Consultation: We schedule a tele-health video call to discuss your family's needs and goals for ABA therapy.
3. School/Daycare Observation: If your child is currently enrolled, we perform an in-person observation at their school or daycare.
4. Treatment Plan: I create an individualized treatment plan with clinical recommendations, followed by a second tele-health meeting to review it together.
5. Therapy Begins: Once we obtain insurance approval and the school's permission, we can begin services.
