A Registered Line Technician (RLT) is a behavior technician registered with the state of Louisiana who provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under the supervision and guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RLTs implement individualized treatment plans, support skill development, and help children practice meaningful skills across daily activities and environments.

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must pass a background check and required screenings

• Must meet requirements for Louisiana RLT registration

• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client locations

• Must be dependable, professional, and comfortable working with children

• Must be able to complete required training and ongoing supervision

• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families and supervisors

• Previous experience working with children, ABA, education, childcare, or related fields is preferred but not required
